Stumbling on Happiness

Now you can find out why you have everything and are still not happy. This is a great book that will give the reader great insight into the choices we all make and why so many times they do not lead to happiness. I think it is could also be considered a marketing/business book. I actually read it twice. You can read review in the New York Times here.

  1. Daniel Gilbert is perhaps an entertaining writer (from the NYT review, anyway) but he missed the key requirement for happiness, which is to have NO desire for attachments – Anthony De Mello has written several books on what he calls Awareness: He was an Indian Jesuit rather at odds with orthodox Christianity. De Mello is on you tube – worth watching his lectures on Awareness.
