There is only one person that needs Trump to win almost as much as Trump, and that is Putin. So rest assured, there will be massive Russian interference in the 2024 election. Putin is trying to hold power after his failed attempt to conquer Ukraine. Trump knows he will be found guilty on one or more of the more than 70 counts against him (probably 100 by the time of the election). He is desperate to win the presidential race because he thinks that this is the only way he can stay a free man.
In the meantime, Putin knows his engine is running on empty. His only hope is that Trump will win and end American support for Ukraine and, likely, leave Nato.
Trump, will overtly work with the Russians. What does he have to lose? If Trump wins, the USA will become an ally of Russia. Putin then continues his plan to remake the former Soviet Union with America’s help.
Does Biden understand this? It is existential!

Have to disagree. Trump seems to be more of a traditional early 20th century isolationist, not interested in entangling alliances etc. I suspect if he won, European politicians may be surprised at the resurgence of Russia and rapidly forget Ukraine. Given how much of USA Establishment wants Trump out of the way so Business As Usual can continue, Russia needs to do nothing but deckchair, popcorn and vodka routine.

I guess I failed to make my point. Putting needs Trump and will do what he can to help him secure the presidency. I believe the trumps only policy is Trump first, but he will help Putin if it helps him or if it enriches him. The point I was trying to make is that Putin will interfere massively in the American election.

No matter how many convections Trump gets he will not loose any of his core base. The election depends on the economy. If we are in a recession or increase inflation by September 2024, than civilization could be serious trouble. I think that inflation is the higher risk, but we could get both.
While Biden is on 4 years older he clearly does not look of sound energetic. It is time for the power brokers of the Dems meet with Biden and demand that he retire.
This election is too important to go with an obviously weak candidate. All you you need is someone that looks strong, speaks well and does not have any of Bernie of Sanders left wing proposals. He does not have to be well know now. He will be well known after the primaries and campaign,

It is generally not known is the people with student loans are significantly richer than people without student loans and their prospects are brighter.
If Trump wins this election than we may not have elections any more.
Get serious this country country is in danger of electing VERY EVIIL MAN WHO HAS LOT OF STORM TROOPERS. This is not the time to get a left wing agenda, it is a fight for civilization and freedom.

Always appreciate your comments and generally agree with what you wrote. Who would you like to see run instead of Biden. Keep in mind, it is critical to get the black voter turn out. You did not mention third parties but the No `Label party has me very concerned. Given our age, we can certainly say that we had a good run. I just worry for my children and grandchildren.

I agree with most, I think putting much of the blame on the Ivy elite. I worked very hard to get into Columbia College and HBS. I am dyslexic and dyslexics do not get high grades in anything other than math and science because of my spelling weakness. Graduating the elite definitely get you a leg up in getting a job, but it does not keep you in the job. I think things like elite women only have 10% of their children vs 60% for the rest. Coming from a two person family is very important to success in everything wvwn if your father was an ass like mine. So I not giving up my elite privileges without a fight. I believe that the elite encourages bad social polices which are designed to help the under classes but actually do it harm. You are the complete exception to the ways elites are trained. Than is one of the most interesting things about you and account for your success and being so interesting. Trump was given the money and even sort of an Ivy League education but his brutish personality and constantly lying and cheating kept him out. His resentment of not being included in the elite is an important cause of his horrible behavior. Read the auricle and tell me what you think.
