Periodically, my friend, Jean-Patrick Grumberg and I get together at a Cafe to chat.  Jean-Patrick likes to work articles that he publishes on very successful French blog while having breakfast.  I join him on  occasions, but I just have coffee since I get up much earlier than he does (or maybe anyone else) and would have eaten hours earlier.  We normally talk about politics.  Jean-Patrick  recently he asked me if he could interview me about Net Neutrality.  Frankly, I have been staying away from this topic and was not even sure about what I would say or even what I thought but if you are interested in learning more about what I had to say please go here.
